I will be posting reminders here and on Y! and on my Skype profile between here and the Read Along Date. On the date, I will be making a conference call group on Skype, will add everyone interested to it, and then make the call at the scheduled time.


YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE THE READ ALONG SACRIFICE:
Please remember that Skype is a fairly intensive little program for computers to run. To keep the connection ROBOT FREE, Your Demented Tour Guide humbly asks you to please close down all the background programs you don't need. Particularly the ones downloading/uploading data (email programs, Google Docs, streaming vids, Tumblr, etc.). Obviously, machines vary, but it never hurts to take extra measures.

Should you get disconnected, you can rejoin the group/the call, but MAKE SURE YOUR MICROPHONE IS MUTED so when you rejoin, we don't hear you breathing/cussing/coming/yelling at the squirrels chewing through your cables!

WE USUALLY GO FOR SEVERAL HOURS. I WILL BE UPDATING MY SKYPE STATUS AS TO IF WE'RE READING OR ADDING PEOPLE OR IF WE'RE FULL UP.

(Do note that alcohol is involved in the Read Along, kids...sometimes we stick to the plan and sometimes the plan sticks us. XD)

How To Join In Brief:
1. Download Skype.
2. Create Y!Gal associated user name.
3. Add Darkprism82
4. Be online between 6:45 and 7:00 PM EST on July 13th to be added to the call for the FIRST story segment. I will add people in between readings as space allows.
5. Listen to porn and giggle a lot.

Notes & Details!
1. Because Skype is a bit of a kinky bitch, and I have to smack it around a lot, I'm limiting the number of people on a call to 18-20 at a time. Otherwise? We get the DREADED ROBOT INVADERS FROM HELL! AAAAIIIIEEE!!!

I will NOT be recording this Read Along. Leave no witnesses.

I only read my own stuff except for very special (pre-planned and negotiated) moments of delightful insanity.

PLEASE NOTE: I will continue to try to add people into the call as the evening goes along and sleepy peeps head off to bed. People get added on a first-come-first serve basis.

HOW TO JOIN IN DETAIL!
1. Download Skype from HERE. Free program. When you create an account, please choose a username that's close to what you use on Y!Gal. Don't worry! You can have multiple user names. I say this to help everyone be recognizable.

2. Add Darkprism82 to your contact list. Skype works like Facebook: you must add me, and I must add you back to be able to connect.

3. I add everyone to a Porn Read Along List and the program automatically calls everyone on that list. I can continue to keep trying to call people throughout the evening. I can also add people in as space frees.

AS AN IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU ARE DROPPED FROM THE CALL THE PROGRAM AUTOMATICALLY TRIES TO RECONNECT YOU. PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE.

4. You must have a microphone to talk. You must have working speakers to listen. Skype has a feature that allows you to test both before you join or start a call. There is also a chat feature in which everyone can type/participate, even if you do not have a microphone.

5. After everyone is added and 7:00 EST rolls around, I will ask everyone to mute their microphones (easy-to-find button). I can read without hearing the sound of vibrators the dog or the kids or the significant others in the background.

6. We go until your Demented Tour Guide is too damned drunk to find consciousness.
